We, Ion Water Machiuneries, one of the pioneer in the field of Water treatment in West Bengal, Kolkata. We are manufacturer and supplier of Iron Removing Plant, Water Softening Plant etc. Softener is packed with high Polystyrene base resin in sodium form. During service period polystyrene base resin in sodium form adsorb calcium, Magnesium in raw water and after producing certain amount of soft water these are exhausted . These then require regeneration with 5% to 10% Common Salt solution. In case of big unit saturated salt solution is prepared in a R.C.C. tank and require amount of brain is drawn in a brain measuring tank. The brain soln. is then diluted with the help of an injector and fed into the softener.
